【About this Visit】

In order to attract outstanding Malaysian students of Chinese Independent High Schools to come to NCKU for degree-seeking as well as foster international cooperation with University of Malaya, Dean Wei-Chou Hsu of College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science led a delegation including Vice Dean Pei-Yin Chen and Chair Hung-Yu Kao of Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering to visit six high schools and one university in Malaysia in order to discuss cooperation and recruit international prospective degree-seeking students.  

The EECS Delegation visited Foon Yew High School, Foon Tew High School-Kulai, Chinese Independent High Schools Batu Pahat, Kluang Chong Hwa High School, Chong Hwa Independent High School-KL, Hin Hua High School and University of Malaya. Most of these high school students are eager to attend NCKU for degree-seeking. Furthermore, both University of Malaya and National Cheng Kung University have decided to sign an MoU in the near future.
